My First Monstera Thai Constellation. Did I Pay Too Much?

Mar 19, 2021   ‧   0 Comments

Recently I got my first and only variegated Monstera Thai Constellation which has always been my number one wishlist plant. The price was actually really good for that plant and I didn't need to order it online or adapt so it was a real deal.

The Thai Monstera is the only variegated Monstera with stable variegation. Unlike the Albo that loses variegation in time, the Thai Constellation does not and this is one of the reasons plant lovers crave one.

The Thai Constellation is also a bit more yellowish when the Albo is white.

How to care for a Variegated Monstera and Thai Constellation in particular?

  1. Do not overwater one. Wait for the soil to dry out before watering it.
  2. Give it as much indirect light as you can. Yes I know, a Monstera tolerates lack of lighting and it actually does. But it thrives when it gets more lighting.
  3. Fertilize it about once in two-three weeks.

A Monstera is a plant that is easy to care for and hard to kill and this is what we love about Monsteras the most.

So this is it for now. I'll update it when I have new growths :)
