Let's talk about the beautiful Philodendrons Gloriosum and Gloriosum, the difference and similarities of the two. The Philodendron Glorious is a hybrid of the Philodendron Gloriosum and Melanochrysum.

The main similarities between Glorious and Gloriosum are:

First off, good, both have velvety heart-shaped leaves. The color of both is about the same, the green we used to see in a regular form of the Gloriosum. The white veins is another common thing for both plants.

The main differences between Glorious and Gloriosum are:

Even tho the shape of the leaves is similar, the Gloriosum has more heart-shaped foliage when the Glorious leaves are more elongated belonging to the Melanochrysum leaf form.

Another difference is a slightly different green color. The Glorious has a lighter shade of green compared to Gloriosum.

The edge of the plant is probably the second thing to pay attention to after the shape of the leaves. The Glorious has a white edge similar to what the Melanochrysum looks like when on the Gloriosum you can clearly see pinkish to reddish edging.

The petiole shape is different for both too. When the Glorious has a round petiole, the Glorious's petiole is flat.

Summary

Firstly it's the shape of the leaves. The Glorious is looking more like a Melanochrysum having elongated leaves. Its edge is also white compared to the reddish-pink edging of the Gloriosum.
